The future is transfer: How to cut the red tape to increase transfer enrollment
During our session, we will discuss how we have increased retention and experience for transfer students through process improvement, refocus of resources, and central evaluation processing. During the session we will show where we started and highlight key elements in our transition of changes to our current mode of processing and communicating with transfer students. We will also highlight the creation of the Transfer Advising Team, and how their roles have been integral in the success of transfer students. Transfer student enrollment is increasing throughout higher education and additional support is vital to their success. Let us show you tips and discuss ways to increase retention of transfer students with you. |
